Although just 21 years old, Okemah, Oklahoma native John Fullbright sings like he has been around for years. Firmly rooted in many American musical styles including folk, country, blues, bluegrass and jazz, John is just now beginning his musicial journey that is sure to delight listeners from coast to coast. Already he has the ringing endorsements of many great musicians including Jimmy Webb, Kevin Welch, Ray Bonneville, Greg Trooper, Dan Narvarro, Steve Poltz, Darden Smith, Will Sexton and Jimmy LaFave. MAMA SWEET - NOW. HERE. THIS.

In the fall of 2008, Mama Sweet (see Aron Holt) recorded two shows (one at The Deli in Norman, OK and the other at The Wormy Dog in Oklahoma City, OK). The two shows produced a 13 track CD, entitled "Now. Here. This." that contains material from all three of Mama Sweet’s previous albums. "Now. Here. This." was released in May of 2009. Superb songwriting, Hendrix-like solos, and melodic vocals fill Mama Sweet's live album with unique originals you'll be singing in the shower for weeks after hearing them.

MAMA SWEET - WELCOME TO THE WELL

With the help of producers Travis Linville and Trent Bell (Chainsaw Kittens) and assistance from Mike McClure, Mama Sweet (see Aron Holt) completed their first professionally recorded and mastered album "Welcome to the Well" in 2007.
Their first "real" album now under their belt, Mama Sweet began venturing to venues outside of Oklahoma and soon found themselves playing with prominent regional acts like Jason Boland, No Justice, Wade Bowen, Micky and the Motorcars, Jack Ingram, and others. In 2008, Smith Entertainment discovered "Welcome to the Well" and worked with Mama Sweet to re-release the album.
